Hi everyone!!
I have this bump thing behind my upper front teeth and it is causing problems in correct tongue placement.
If i place the tip of the tongue right behind the front teeth, the middle part comes down. The only time i can engage the entire tongue on the palate is when the tip is further behind touching the first of many thin ridges that runs across palate (i don't know what it is called)
So what is the correct position?
