Hi everyone, I have always chewed  on one side, the left side, I imagine that this is what caused an assim

etry on my face (one eye higher than the other, one cheek thinner than the other, one shoulder higher than the other).

Could  mewing improve these assimetry or make them  worse ?

Knowing that I can't mew equally on both side, i unconsciously mew more on the side where i always chewed (where my jaw is more developped and thinner).

Thank you for your response, and sorry for my bad english, i'm from France :)

Yes it can. You might also want to change your sleeping position so you aren't squishing one side of your face all night long.

@j3tze

Should i sleep on the back without pillow ?

I heard that was a good solution to improve your posture during the night

@aydee84

Yeah, back sleeping is optimal for posture as it's basically a night long stretch. Also make sure your tongue force is evenly distributed against your palet. You should make a conscious effort to feel the pressure and the  swallow on the asymmetrical side of your palate as well. Sorry for taking a while to get back to you, wish you the best of luck.
