When I try to swallow, it seems like it slides back on my tongue. Is it supposed to do that? I find it is hard but not impossible to engage my posterior third when swallowing...

I rambo'd my moderate tongue tie with a pair of scissors and it doubled my ability to push against the backmost part of my palate
