Let's say that you already know what you need.  Let's say that you've studied it for a while... scouted out dental labs, looked at before/after photos and have a critical eye.  Now what?

Now nobody wants to do anything.  Here's a tip:

Find an orthodontist who is not busy.  These are usually the worst ones.  They have reverse pull headgear on their list of equipment highlighted on their webpage.  They have terrible looking smiles in their after photos.  They may drive around in a van and come to you.  When you call their number for an initial consult, the girl who answers is confused as to why you're calling.  She talks on and on about how he is in one remote city one day and another remote city another.  The schedule is all over the map, but they have an appointment tomorrow. 

Sounds like a recipe for disaster, right?  How about a recipe for success?  We shall find out.
