Fixing asymmetry: reversing body tilt or reversing maxilla tilt?

Background:

When I mew I feel more pressure on the left side of palate maxilla so my maxilla seems to be tilted downwards towards the left side of my face, where if a normal face with  -  representing my maxilla is: (-), then this is my face: left (/) right. My neck is also shifted to the left, and I have a bit of a tilt along my entire body in both directions: hips, back, shoulder, neck.

Questions:

As you can see, I have a body that is tilted and maxilla that is tilted. So, is asymmetry a result of body tilt or maxilla tilt? Is the maxilla tilt a product of body tilt?

In looking for solutions to this problem, I have seen posts saying to push on the tilted maxilla, but if maxilla tilt is a product of problematic body posture, and the maxilla would actually be aligned had the body not be tilted, wouldn't this actually make your face asymmetric if your body posture is not tilted?

Side note:

My main asymmetry is between the left and right jaw. My left jaw more angular and my right jaw is very square looking and strong, and since my maxilla is tilted to the left making my left face "longer" than the right, which might support asymmetry being caused by maxilla tilts, but it could also just be an imbalance between the masseter muscles as well.

If there is a known solution, how long would it take to fix, given that I am 19 and a half?

Btw, intermolar width is 42 mm and teeth are straight with no overbite/underbite. Midline is correct as well.

While both spine and skull seem to mutually influence each other, I think ultimately the spine will follow the head:

If you play instruments like guitar, violin, or if you have asymmetrically performed hobbies like hockey or skateboarding, it is easy for this kind of mis-alignment to occur and chronicize. Uneven positioning of mouse & keyboard on the computer can cause it too. Take some time to think what habits have led to this posture, then try to condition your body into doing the exact opposite. As an exercise, you could use your tongue and jaws to "lead" your spine to forward-left, forward-right, backward-left and backward-right with varying head tilts. You are already doing this chronically to one direction with particular head tilt, so by changing the direction and tilt it should become evident in which way you are imbalanced.

What do you mean by using the tongue to lead the spine?

Via the palate.
