Does Mewing affect the size of the forehead ? If yes, does it make the forehead appear smaller or larger ?

Usually, yes. What exactly ends up happening will depend on your unique symptoms of craniofacial dystrophy. If you feel that your forehead is too sloping, this will likely get corrected during the process. Someone else may find out that their forehead acquires a more compact appearance as the face moves upward.

My forehead has shifted forward and become more vertical: /community/community/case-discussions/progress-of-progress-two-year-skull-change/).

Gubbbbb's forehead has also been changing shape: /community/community/case-discussions/3-5-months-profile-update-2/

This has most definitely happened to me. My brow ridge has changed for the better as well. I remember when I first started, I put my four fingers on my head to measure the size of my forehead. Before, my hairline barely touched my index. Now, it's about half way down my index (!)

WTF.... this is really interesting! 🤔

I have been feeling pressure in my forehead, nose as well as in the bone at the side of the eyes, radiating up the side of my skull. Initially I mainly felt pressure in the teeth and maxilla, but this has changed now that mewing has become easy.

How did your brow change?

Is it true that with a maxillary upshift, the eyes also move further up the skull ?

I think so. Because the opposite happens with downswing (which is why old people have lots of space between their eye socket and top of the eyeball).
