I'm at the beginning of my mewing journeying and worried about how to make sure I'm on the right track, how to make and keep records and how to measure and prove my progress. How do you do all theses things? Share it here.

Records:
- I've taken a full dental X-ray
- gonna take facial photographs in controlled settings

I'm considering:
- creating a digital 3D model of my face with photogrammetry (see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEsRcFQ1_H8&t=12s)
- a computerized tomography
- dental photographs
- a model of my dental arch (I remember I had one done as preparation for orthodontic treatment)

I don't know yet how to measure progress, aside from visual assessment. I've seen people mention intermolar width. Anything else?

You have covered all the recording methods pretty good.

For measurement Dr. John Mew developed 3 methods to diagnose and track cases without using x-rays including:

Inter molar width

Vertical growth indicator

Growth direction angle
