I am wondering which users apart from Varbrah are undergoing this treatment?
To me it seems that logically this is one of the best ways to go around achieving widening of the upper jaw, pulling fo maxilla forward and even achieving upwards swing.
However, it seems that there are very few practitioners using this method.
How would one go around finding the best practitioner in their region who really knows it throughout?
What is the average treatment plan? I'm pretty sure there are no practitioners of MSE+FM in my country, so that means I would have to travel for the period. Naturally, it would end up very costly, but worth it if treatment is successful in achieving effects of proper jaw alignment without teeth tilting and improved symmetry.
Can anyone give more input on this and please those who are undergoing treatment - post in this thread or message me privately with information.
30 yo, need to expand palate, move maxilla upward and forward, reduce gonial angle.
MSE won't help you if you have more severe cases of facial assymetries like Cranial Sidebend/Torsions and an assymetrical palate (That's what i understood at least, i would be the happiest person in the world if that's wrong). As Varbrah said, it will only make facial assymetries less appearent, 1mm of assymetry is much much less apparent the larger your face is cheek to cheek.
@futuremodel is also undergoing this treatment if i am not mistaken, i hope it will help him achieve his goal, i would be curious to know what his occlusion pre MSE was like. I haven't seen him posting on the Forum for quite a long time, maybe he's ActualModel by now, who knows ahaha.
I have sent Won Moon a request for a list of MSE practitioners in Europe yesterday (i live in Geneva) but it might take a long time for getting a response so if someone already has it, please share it.
Btw, could anybody confirm me that MSE+Facemask is used for other cases than Class III malocclusion? I would 100% go for it over FAGGA if that's the case.
