can mewing fix this? I have assymetry palate, my theory is when i fix my palate by expanding, my Plagiocephaly will fix too?
How did you self diagnose this? Pics of your head from above?
Also, if this is so I doubt that the way your skull was malformed at birth can be fixed as an adult
my forehead is higher on 1 side my goal is to fix my assymetry
That's not plagiocephaly necessarily. Most people have one side higher due to the fact they may use muscles on the side disproportionately. I have one side higher in the forehead and my skull is rather symmetrical anyway. Really my face is asymmetric but my skull is all but even all around in terms of its form.

Get diagnosed by a crainofacial surgeon first before you start worrying about it. I was in your position a couple of months ago, with one side of my forehead higher than the other l. I was certain I had it for the longest time until a professional told me I don’t. Chances are if you had it you would of known years ago.
