...you know when you push air into your philtrum area in those "hmmmm" moments? Like when you're looking around for something or trying to make a fast decision. I just realized I do that all the time and I wonder if over the years it's lengthened my philtrum a little.

A few milliseconds over the years cannot possibly cause enough damage for it to be noticeable.
Constant and steady tension changes muscles. Here and there motions do nothing.

Yeah I appreciate that, but I'm thinking that maybe as you get older and skin loses its elasticity, then it's possible to cause permanent stretching even with short lived movements like this. After all, we're told that even pulling down on your lower lid to insert contact lenses can cause lid drooping.
It depends on how much air you push. I would generally avoid it as a habit. It didn't take long for mine to drop a bit. Literally, I only did a few short seconds. I initially had a hard time blowing air up there when I had watched Audrey Yoon's video... so I had a tight/close/taller philtrum. It does drop with age.. I've heard roughly 1 mm every 10 years... which is why older people don't have much teeth to show. However, get some good old collagen. I like this brand: https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Collagen-Cranberry-Pomegranate/dp/B07NZRYLCH/ref=sr_1_20?keywords=collagen+garden+of+life&qid=1555732526&s=gateway&sr=8-20 Realize that we all die at some point and the worms get the best of us. Live free or die!
Oh... and try to avoid watching people like myofunctional therapists who say it's okay to not only tape your mouth, but the mouths of your kids. I know that skin in kids is more resilient, though, so maybe not a bad idea at that age (she said in the day)... but I just think there are MUCH better ways to help airways... like looking at the fundamental root problem first.
