Hey...

I diagnosed myself with some kind of "bad utilisation of face muscles", mainly when I'm talking, also in movements, it includes neck muscles as well.

It renders like a puffy face, make it more round, as it seems like when my muscles activate I move my chin closer to my chest.

This "backward chin movement" is present when I laugh, when I talk and when I move my head.

When I see them normal people, it seems like their chin do the reverse movement : it often protrudes when they talk, when they open their mouth to scream or do facial expressions, when they yawn...

I had some sharp pain in my TMJ for a long time so I guess it played a role in inhibiting some protruding muscles, and I know it has to do with maybe different pterygoids, and the muscles under the chin (which get the chin closer to the chest).

I would love to see my case with a kind of specialist in good facial muscle activation but I feel like these experts just don't exist. The problem isn't only aesthetic because I feel like it could be why I still have achy muscles and difficulties being natural bc of pain in my expressions...

Any similar cases? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Thanks
