I have been trying to learn tongue sweep with cheesy smile but I was unable to get up all the saliva on tongue

So now I do the cheesy smile and my posterior tongue does some movement and some saliva gets collected there

Then i touch my tongue tip on incisive papilla to swallow.

But I kinda feel that my lips and cheeks are getting sucked backwards a little bit.

Does it happen in a normal swallow too?
