I know that a lot of the stuff talked about on forums like this came originally from this paper, but if you haven't read it already then it makes for very interesting reading (and you'll no doubt recognize some of the "subjects"!)

It looked good. The indicator line as explained here seems dated a bit from more recent ones I’ve seen. ;-)
