Hey guys, I have noticed when I sleep more than 4 hours my mandible sets back and down quite a bit, I would even dare to say it sets back up to 50%, or at least that´s how it looks and feels. So when I sleep 3 hours or so I don´t rest well therefore causing fatigue and even hinder bone movement perhaps? and when I sleep too much I cannot press my tongue strongly on the palate, how do you keep a correct position while sleeping and how to push the tongue up strongly while sleeping? is it even possible? Thanks.
It is possible. I manage to do it. It just takes practice. The stronger your tongue gets the more it can maintain posture as it is no different than any other muscle.
Results may not happen right away but that doesn't mean give up
What does "look and feel" mean to you in practice? It is natural for bite to feel different after a day of use vs a night of rest. It should not be possible to achieve perceptible permanent change in just one day. What is most likely happening is temporary compression & unwinding of dental arches, possibly sutural joints too.
Do you sleep on your back or on your side?
That would explain why in a couple hours of hard mewing I seem to recover some progress and my face gets a little inflamed, I sleep on my side and try to keep a chin tuck but I always wake up with my head upwards, maybe my airway is still too narrow.

I'd recommend sleeping on your back and with no pillow
