I started Mewing a week ago and I have lower teeth pain, i seem to be doing it right because the back of my tongue is on the roof of my mouth as well as the tip. I also corrected my swallowing but the problem is my mouth is small and my tongue when it's on the roof of my mouth slightly touches my lower teeth I tried to fix it but again my mouth is small and I can't. I'm also applying some force and I feel it in my maxilla. What should I do, should i stop mewing or keep it like this?
You're teeth are probably gonna tip out a lot.
