Do you know of any such appliances that can be purchased on Internet? My upper alveolar ridge has been remodeled back by class II elastics, and I would like to fix this problem.

seems good cause the screws are on the back and I think that would provide better foward and lateral expansion. I'm not sure of any of this aswell and am looking for help. I've seen this video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcK851Leir0
I'me concerned about diastema and probably will buy a myobrace aswell to avoid it of just tidy things up after expansion is finished. My main concern right now is proper expansion rate for adults and if it's tha same for everyone. I'm concerned about the price too. If it gets too expensive, will probably just get the myobrace right now and then look into a good expander.
