I gonna turn 19 in a couple of months, ive started mewing and i already see small results, but i also want to use a facepulling device to get more Forward and especially cheekbone projection, ive also have a narrow palate so mewing is a bit hard for me because my tongue is a bit to large for my palate.
The big Question is: Where do i get a facepulling and palate widening device in Germany????
I heard that facepulling could be pretty risky for bone structure but from what I've seen, it does seem to widen faces and to make cheekbones more defined. Also, I don't think palate widening device is really necessary for palate expansion(except for extreme cases) because back when I started my palate was pretty narrow as well and I managed in only 2 months of mewing to make it wide enough for my tongue to fit in entirely. Aren't this kind of stuff available on websites like Ebay or something?
