Say an individual is able to adjust their tongue posture habits, and reach their genetic potential in forward/upper placement of the maxilla. If they've got quite a long nose and mid-face length to start, will it just look more balanced out due to optimal position of the maxilla/mandible? Or will the nose actually shorten in length?
Tsk tsk. I am going to facetiously reprimand you for not looking to see if there was another thread.
Primarily the former imo; however, some have anecdotally reported the latter as well.
Absolutely the changes to the maxilla will create a new appearance, new perspective on the shape and dimensions of the face/midface.
Main point is that some observe it has changed the nose, yet I don't believe anyone has proven the length has changed.
I’d like my nose to shorten! So I hope so!
