Ocular pressure & artifacts when mewing?

Hello all, while mewing last night, I noticed two black spots appear in my vision. One was located at approximately 10 o'clock occluding approximately one sixth of my visual field, while the other was smaller located at 5'o clock. It scared me and I only noticed it after I started applying more pressure mewing last night (granted, I tend to mew fairly aggressively already taking a very active approach) . 15m after I stopped mewing it disappeared. I've noticed other artifacts before, but only noticeable after closing my eyelids at night, with this past night far more pronounced. Has anyone else noticed visual pressure or artifacts mewing? I'm worried continuing to mew. I can feel the pressure on my eyes when I'm mewing (tongue before the teeth, posterior 1/3rd of the tongue lifted towards the roof of the mouth) and I have no previous health history that would predispose me to increased ocular pressure.

Thank you for the responses.

Are they floaters?  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floater

No they are not floaters, it appears like a black circle.

I've had this happen, but it is rare.  Once or twice at most; once quite recently.
I can't confirm whether it was related, but since I am always trying to be mewing.. then it would be more or less true that I was mewing when it happened.

It quite possibly is caused by mewing.

I just read this article: https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/dentistry/is-it-mental-or-is-it-dental/ posted by another user here.

Proper facial form includes the correct ocular bone structure, which is why a lot of mouth breathers tend to have a higher chance of developing myopia even if they weren't genetically predisposed to it. The eyes take on an oval instead of a round structure.

It seems unlikely but you might be having an affect on the ocular bone structure via mewing.

Update, the dark spots have ceased as I have stopped mewing for the past day, although I still feel pressure on my eyes whenever I mew. I'm going to let my eyes adjust for a few days as I also feel I have a harder time focusing on objects.
