I read in a past thread of someone biting into a towel, chewing and noticing where they were deficient in force on the maxilla.

I have a deep bite myself and have had little to no force put on my incisors while chewing, only molar contact. Would something like Jawzrcise help put force on them and promote any kind of upward movement? My upper teeth have also tipped inward over time. Could something  like this cause more inward tipping?
