Hi,
I have issues aligning my upper and lower front teeth, the upper teeth sit quite far apart from the lower ones when my mouth is in its resting position. I know the front teeth are meant to be slightly in front of the lower ones but when I adopt this position the rest of my teeth aren't touching. Should I still try put my teeth in this position when mewing and resting or should I use the natural resting position where all my other teeth connect teeth connect?
