When you facepull, the zygos and maxilla and so on come forward, so what happens to the temporal bones? Do they rotate inward which makes ears look more parallel or pinned to the skull?

I wonder which chewing pattern does that rotation of the temporal bones to decompress the tmj? I assume hard Mewing with the back 3rd of the tongue and activation of the digastric muscles surely will pull the temporal bones forward and create forward growth of the mandible and width as well.

@basim yeah but how do I get them to rotate inward? I want my ears to be more pinned to my skull, less flared outwards.

I don’t know how unfortunately to roatate/ or move forward with the temporal bone to get mandibular growth/remodeling and have restructuring of the sides on the skull
