Dr mew says that some people never move from infantile swallow to adult swallow.
Reasons that i know are not being breastfed long enough and diet of soft foods which require minimal chewing.
But i was breastfed for at least 1 - 1.5 year
And my diet consisted of hard foods too.
What do you think?
Do you know some other reasons for this?

How do your parents swallow? Maybe you picked up bad habits from them or your childhood friends?
Nobody in family had tongue thrust. Neither any of my childhood friends.
Nobody in my family had braces or any dental issues.
I was only breat feed untill 3 months and used baby bottel untill at least years.
I think I dont need to tell you how deformed my face is
My jaw is undevelopped and still I have wide intermolar width which makes my face so weird
I was breastfed and didn't eat much baby food, but I also had terrible posture, ate junk food, slouches on the couch and got allergies=mouth breathing
