i want to do this but i am scared my nose and lips will get wider..... does this happen in adults if that happened my features will look too big for my face. any opinions?
Your lips wont get bigger with mewing or anything non surgical. Mewing and such is more focused on widening the inside of the mouth and mid face but wont change the size of your features. However, it might make them look more balanced.
i read somewhere that it does make your nose wider and lips slightly wider but especially your nose.might be for teens who still growing.

However, it depends completely on your situation. Ortho consults recommended. I would avoid self-ligating for your wants. Also... avoid anyone who likes to go broad in the front.
