My progress after 10 months of correct tongue and body posture. (Photo proof)

Please do not re-post pictures without permission.

Age - 19y

Intermolar width on August 9,2017 - 39 mm

Intermolar width on June 24, 2018 - 45 mm

I began soft-mewing 10 months ago but really revved it up about 5 months ago. My tongue is fully up against the roof of the mouth, including the posterior third. The amount of posterior third that can interact with my palate has gradually increased over time.

Apart from sleeping, I stand/sit up throughout the day with perfect body and oral posture, to further aid the progress. It's been quite hard, and it's getting gradually easier. All the effort although, has gradually created indisputable changes in the bone structure of my face.

There has been a significant increase in inter-molar width, but the shape of my palate is still V-ish and not totally U, so that explains the lack of as-dramatic facial changes as is the change in palatal width.

Although these changes are little, and I have a long way to go, but it's incredible that you can make changes in bones of the body even in adulthood. And in a feasible time span.

The changes should be easy to notice for a mewing enthusiast. Although for the sake of newbies I'll point it out.

1. Wider, higher zygomatic arches on both sides.

2. Less under-eye hollowness.

3. Slight increase in eye distance.

4. Slight upward turning of the nose and the lips.

5. Overall, shorter, squarer face.

Keep mewing. Upward and Onward!

Same camera, almost same lighting, distance might not be exactly the same. But most of the changes are pretty solid anyways.

I did not, although I've noticed subtle changes myself.

Honestly I see no changes at all. The "difference" is due to the camera being farther away in the after photo

Slight changes are better seen on a profile picture..

This is the second post I've seen you tell someone that you see no difference "at all" when there are clear differences. Maybe you don't have the eye for it.

You just took 2 pictures with differents distances and differents lighting , and some peoples are calling this "promising results"  when there are absolutly 0 changes

I understand it's good to stay optimistic and all but  frauding results get you nowhere , i thought this site could bring something new but it's same on every incels-type forum , same peoples probably

Perhaps they took it down because they agree there's zero change. People often see what they want to see, it's a real phenomenon.
