My story is very long, so here I do not want to share everything (also because I'm working on a website to spread my knowledge and story). I'm 26 years old and these are my results after 9 months of proper tongue posture only (or at least what I think is proper).

I think the pictures talk by their-selves, but if you want I can tell you the difference I see in the face. Please, do not share my pictures since I do not want to see them shared around until I'll complete my website.

Thanks for sharing. It's interesting to see how much more robust your jaw seems in spite of you having less beard now. Is it just the lightning or have the wrinkles on your forehead smoothened out? Looking forward to reading more of your story.

In the second picture I was more tanned, but light, angle and distance are exactly the same, since I have taken them from the same photo-id machine. Wrinkles on my forehead did not change that much I think.

Definitely, my eyes have more support (notice the less white in them), that comes together with having less wrinkles but especially less dark circles.. it is like the gap under the eyes have been filled, with these results.

Also, notice how the face looks larger and in particular look at the zygomatic bone and arches that are more shaped (look between eyes and ears).

The face is fuller, cheekbones in general are fuller.. the lips are larger and so the nose (I breathe much better). The mandible is slowly centering.

Here other pictures that show all this slow process (pictures taken 3 months the one from the other).

I agree, they are distinct and definite changes. Using a photo machine is an excellent idea - fewer variables to worry about.

In your own words, how would you define what you view as the proper tongue posture? How much force are you using and is this force directed only at the hard palate, or also at the upper throat/sphenoid area as if you were trying to expand the whole skull?

In the last photo you are pushing your chin forward, your skin is tanned and you have no beard on your neck. No changes in your bones in my opinion, just better facial muscle tone.

I think that only profile fotos (without beard) can be taken seriously for adults.

I think you do have bone change as evidenced by the way your lips are now spread wider across your face and not as puckered in one area, not that it was bad before..simply I noticed. Great job!!!!

Are you serious Colette? He is simply smiling in the last photo, come on.

Cheek bones seem to be wider because he cutted the beard near them.

If he was smiling, the sides of his mouth would be creased. It doesn't look like his mouth is very active or tensed in the after photo. There's a very noticeable change to his eyes, even from December to February. He does seem to be tilting his head in the last photo, but even so, most of the changes would look similar if he had perfect head posture. Profile photos and being clean shaved would make it a lot easier to measure results, though I don't fault him for keeping facial hair. I just shaved mine off yesterday and now look deformed.

Yes, I am serious. His cheek bones are more prominent and I don't think he was smiling in the second picture; it seems like the widening of his face had pulled his nose and mouth area to spread with it. If I had that progress, I'd be pretty happy..

Eye area has definitely improved and lips are fuller.

Jaw changes aren't really measurable without a profile photo.

9 months is also a short length of time for what is trying to be accomplished.

Good progress but come back in a year and a bit and lets see then!

Zygomatics have popped out and there seems to be more eye support although I can't tell if that's only soft tissue or also bony support. Definitely on the right track here. I think you could work on getting the very back parts of the tongue to go upwards and outwards (laterally) and get more expansion to the mandible this way. Maybe add in some mastic/falim gum chewing if you're not already, as doing so will probably speed things up.
