I recently found out I have quite a big cyst in my right sinus, which I would say takes up about 45% of my sinus. This is also the side where my face is recessed about 10-11 mm. My right sinus is also a lot smaller then my left one. (PM if you want scans)
Could the cyst have played a part in the lack of zygomatic + maxilla movement in my right side?
