Hi all!
I've noticed some inconsistencies in how DNA providers seem to be managing the care of patients, specifically in regards to one of the core concepts that the DNA Appliance should not be making contact with the palate during the course of treatment.
If you and I have never spoken before via PM, but you either currently are or previously were a DNA treatment - can you drop me a line and let me know if your provider ground down the top of your appliance over time or not? I have a lead into a willing ear at Vivos corporate HQ, so I would like to compile some information for them - anonymously, of course - on what seems to be happening out there in actual patient cases.
Thank you!
