I've been really focusing on my body posture, especially my head/neck posture even more than tongue posture these past several months, and noticed I rarely shed hair anymore when I used to wake up with 30+ hairs on my pillow every morning and had hair fall out almost every time I ran my hands through it. My hair was thinning on the sides and back and a little on my left temple now I pretty much reversed it, hair is much thicker in those areas now. My forehead/hairline changed shape a bit and is less sloped and lowered a little.
So I guess forward head posture causes scalp tension in some people, and chin tucking increases blood flow? I noticed recessed people who have forward head posture can still have good hairlines and didn't have the weird hair loss side effects I was having.
It seems that balding is related to cfd, so if you are able to reverse that then you may also be able to reverse or at least delay hairloss. There was another user on this forum who also reported that his balding stopped some time after he started mewing.

I don't believe I had MPB. my hairline wasn't receding really, my forehead just became massive and sloped from poor posture.
Wow I found answer for everything in mewing. I have fhp if not serious fhp(situps/crunches effect my neck rather than my tummy), and my scalp is weak too, so!! Why not, thank you motivating

i think it has other factors in your life like less ejaculation with causes that their is less DHT release in the body
better sleep or less stress which causes that t levels become higher
I don't think hair loss has anything to do with what you're talking about. I also had big problems with hair loss due to stress I wanted to pay off my mortgage as quickly as possible and so I worked 24/7 and hardly ate. Now I understand how stupid it was. I paid off the mortgage and remained practically bald. As a result, in addition to normalizing my lifestyle, I had to turn to https://www.hairtransplantclinictoronto.com for hair transplantation. By the way, a great clinic. Now my hair is in perfect order.
Due to incorrect posture and the position of the head in space, many diseases and complications arise. The position of our head and shoulders directly affects the blood flow, which affects vision, thought processes, breathing, and the shape of the face. Hair growth may also be dependent on blood flow. However, hair loss is often caused by genetics, and this process cannot be restored. You can only do hair restoration nyc, returning the volume, color, and desired length. Even though this is an expensive operation, many agree with it, as the results are amazing.
