Know I have braces my palate got upward put it did not expanded.
So my problem is I have a narrow jaw bcs my gonions are inward, Low bigonial width and short ramus
This is Inward Gonions ,Low bigonial width and short ramus:
This is Outward Gonions, Wide bigonial Width and vertical ramus:

Would My Face Change a lot If My Palate Is EXPANDED
help
bruh why no one is responding
is this forum dead
I am New to mewing and forward growth myself but for you I’d just say focus on projecting your chin forward. Obviously if your palate was expanded your face would change to some degree maybe making your jaw wider. And yes this thing is dead I get no responses on my stuff either.
We're working on revival, will be more active soon.
Your under-jaw muscles/supra-hyoid play a more major role in development of that area, specifically if they are tight

Yeah, this forum's really creepy
Some dude had his acc deleted without warning
The forum will be more active soon - at least, my attempt will be to pull in more users. We actually have a lot of daily visitors, including those who have high post counts on the forum. But thread titles like "I need help" are not descriptive enough to actually pull in views/clicks. I think I will have to make a post about how to post. Only those who check every single thread (of which there are still many) click vague titles requesting non-specific help, especially on topics that have been extensively covered in other threads.
No user or post was intentionally removed, explanation here: https://wholebodybreathing.com/community/community/main-forum/recent-missing-posts-profile-change-losses-explanation-also-heads-up-to-upcoming-site-overhaul/
We have a lot coming in the pipeline for the forum and community - there is a lot of discussion to be had that needs to be restarted, I'll work towards doing so. Also please check out the discord links and sub to the YouTube channel.
