I started out at a measured fWHR of 1.75 and currently have a fWHR of 1.92 , all this change in 2 years. From 18 to 20.

These changes mostly came from chewing.

I've also experienced less nasal blockage and a much much better ability to breath through nose. This mostly came from mewing.

The only thing that sucks is that my maxilla rotated to the wrong side, pulling my jaw backwards into my neck. This probably is caused by chewing as evidenced by some medical studies on chewing and it's influence on the rotation of the maxilla.

I highly doubt that growth upwards or growth forwards is the problem. Any more growth upwards and it would only cause jamming. My face doesn't look melted at all. Any growth forwards and it would look very unnatural, my nose is already bulging forward like crazy.

So how would one rotate his maxilla in the right direction to bring out the jaw and the cheekbones>? Mewing normally doesn't accomplish this, neither proper posture, neither chewing.

Perhaps somehow pulling the cheekbones/behind-the-cheekbones area downwards? Pushing maxilla upwards only pushes the backside of the maxilla further upwards, making the angle worse.

I'm not sure exactly how to properly measure IMW, so I just measured the distance between the end-point of the inner part of my 1st molar.The changes are 36mm to 39mm IMW. This value has been stable for a year, with extra mewing having zero effect. My tongue just isn't wide enough now.

@maxiller

Unfortunately, no, I'd prefer to keep my face anonymous.

@dragonshark

Same answer as for that guy. As for the chewing study :

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10665195

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20930353

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9825556

Also while it's not correlation and not proven causation in these studies, there are some on animals showing causation.

The method how I unfortunately ended up with too much protruding cheeckbones and zygoma was- I hardmewed with 1/3 backside of the tongue with open mouth (lips sealed, backteeth open like 2-3 cm).

I wanted to spread the back teath apart a little bit, as the back of my tongue didnt fully fit in between the back teeth (molars). What this did was my cheekbones moved sideways and forwards and became very protruding, same for zygomatic bone.

I wish I didnt do this as my cheekbones were already good before that.

You need to be really careful with hard(core)mewing though as it can quickly achieve unwanted sideeffects.

so again what i did was focus on pishing with back of the tongue (1/3rd) without applying any force to 2/3rds of the front area of the tongue.
