Hello,
I'm aware that the maxilla is responsible for moving the face in an upward and forward direction, but how does this affect the temporalis muscle? I'd like to widen the temporalis muscle so the very top of the skull widens, above the maxillary area. What are the best exercises to specifically strengthen and widen this muscle, and not so much the jaw? I was thinking Open Mouth Chewing could work to strengthen and widen the muscle, but I'd like some confirmation. The temporalis muscle should be slightly wider than the jaw.
