I've been mewing for the past ~1.5 years, and took a before pic of my teeth positioning with my overbite, and took one today. There is literally zero changed within my teeth, or in my face for that matter.
I honestly want to believe, but I feel like everything so far have just been placebo. Maybe I wasn't mewing hard enough? Has anyone here actually seen changes? Or at least have pics of changes to motivate me?
I am 16 years old, if that has any relevance to my growth.

Check our success stories sticky.
Have you done any of the following:
Take beginning intermolar measurements
Beginning pics of face and profile
Taken impressions of your bite
Measured distance from incisor to nose tip
If you haven't tracked anything, how can you be sure no change has happened? I am twice your age and I have made measurable progress (6mm to be exact) .
Also, what us your tongue posture like? Head posture? How do you stand?

Or maybe incorrectly, because mewing is not about force but technique. By any chance do you have nasal problems? If you mew in the day and open your mouth to breath at night you will make no progress.
