I have noticed that in order to suction hold or maintain correct tongue posture, I have been retracting my jaw.
It was ok for a while, gave me great results as you can see on my profile.
But, all of the sudden, my tmj became really uncomfortable, and that’s how it’s been for some time now.
I found a solution, if I completely relax my jaw, it goes forward and my molars touch. In that way, I can chew whatever I want no pain, but, I can no longer maintain tongue posture.
What should I do in this situation?
Really don’t want to lose my mewing gains.
