I've started to notice that my back teeth are tipping outwards. It's been 1 month since I started to expand my palate. I chew alot of gum every day to prevent this. Should I stop expanding? Or do you have any other advice?

Slow it down. Go slow. You are not a device with which simple troubleshooting is viable.

You are the owner of an incredibly sophisticated biological mechanism. Almost all of which is operating completely unconsciously.

If your teeth tip, slow down. If something happens which you know to be incorrect, you do not need outside input to tell you what you already know. Nobody knows where you are in your own development. Only you can have such knowledge.

Please, my Friend, understand that you are not a rigid mechanical device. There is no manual for proper rates of expansion that we can consult to give you a finite answer. If you feel things are moving improperly with the use of appliances, put the appliance aside and correct your own postures. Expansion appliances are a tool, not a solution.

This may not be what you desire to hear; your correction will not come from the turning of a screw on a mechanical expander.

You have answered your own question by making this post. You will correct yourself. Your body is very much beholden to the dimension of time - so give it time. Impatience on such a level is driving your head against a wall of rock. Your body needs time to change. That is the nature of the physical body. Your intellect can experience change instantaneously, your body has more inertia.

Does it feel like your teeth are tipping? Then slow down.  Your own body as given you the answer, and your intellect has decided to confirm it on a forum. Let my intellect re-affirm what your body has already told you to do: Slow down. You did not grow from a single cell into an adult in a day, and you will not alter hundreds of millions of cells in a month without causing undue trauma.

Slow. Down.

Thanx!

I will slow it down. But do you think my back teeth that has tipped will return to the "normal" placing, or will they always be a little tipped like this?

It can go several different ways. In theory, the upper and lower dental arches seek to maintain alignment. In practice, everything will depend on your current occlusion and the way your teeth interact with each other at rest and during chewing. Either movement happens in both arches, in one arch, or in neither.
