Hey guys, i have been mewing for 2 weeks everything has been perfect and tongue muscles and cheelbones muscles have improved. But these last 2 days i have noticed that my tongue gets automatticly sucked backwars to my pallete. But not in a good way, it’s like a suction cup. And i find it very hard to get it out of the position. So now i cant even put it to the hard palette or even mew because my tongue gets automattically sucked in backwards. It feels very uncomfortable and annoying. This also slurs my speech. Any help?
