Don't remember the name but this bump on the palate I used to have before I started mewing is now almost completely flattened out.

Is this a sign that my maxilla expanded?

I had the same thing happen, I've been only mewing for 2 months and the roof of the mouth has become a lot flatter. Not sure how it affects maxilla expansion.

have your wisdom teeth grown in since then. i think your palate has expanded. and how old are you?

Wow, that's exciting. Just a few weeks ago I was looking for info on tori palatinus on here and gathered that 'expansion is pretty much impossible' with one--which turns out to not be the case. Awesome! What's your routine?
