IMO i already have a good foward growth in my maxilar and mandible(i would love your thoughts on this),i would only want to grow a more defined and little more wide jawline, and remove some of my kind asymmetry i have in my face.I read some articles and some threads, i am scary that if i chew wrong i get more foward growth and in my case would be bad. So what kind chewing would be good for me?
note 1:i am 23, that's pictures is 7mouths old and i got a much better posture now,i keep my lips always closed and
i have been practing mewing for 4 mouths.note 2: criticisms are very welcome on how to improve my face.

Thanks for posting your case.
It is hard to judge from the photos, but from the ceph it seems that you have an edge-to-edge bite on your incisors? Your case in general seems like there is some class III tendencies. Your lower jaw seems sufficiently forward but to me it appears that your maxilla might be a bit recessed.
Your upper arch (second photo in the middle) seems a bit narrow and you could benefit from some widening, which by implications means some widening of the lower teeth as well.
@limebike ty for the answer. Wow you are have good eyes, yes i have a edge-to-edge bite and i going to my orthodontist to try fix that.
in your opinion chewing would help me to wide some of upper arch ?(if yes what type of chewing would be good?)
And do you think that has some kind type of treatment that woudl help me to fix my recessed maxilla?
Photos of my edge-to-edge bite,if you are interested.
@revolutioncom Thanks for the additional photos! Were you already in treatment before? It seems two bicuspids have been pulled from your lower jaw. You have, however, all two 3rd molars instead.
Your upper teeth just need a little bit of protraction. Even just some more proclination wouldn't hurt.
For the widening part, a removable appliance should do. I would definitely give it a try. I was able to expand at age 24 and am undergoing another expansion in my early 30s now. Both times were removable appliances and I have gotten a rate of 1 mm per week and have gotten a central diastemma in both cases, so I assume my suture split to some degree or is still very pliable.
