Hey guys! I'm new here and wondering if people on here can help me with the following questions, I’ve done quite a bit of research but still have a few things I’m curious about.
-How long should you mew for each day?
-Should both rows of teeth constantly be aligned whilst mewing?
-Is the idea to realign the teeth eventually so they sit flush and the jaw moves forward, or are the teeth only meant to be flush whilst mewing, and for the teeth to be sitting in their natural place whilst not mewing?
-Do both rows of teeth need to perfectly align? (I look strange when both my teeth are perfectly aligned, having a tiny overbite seems to look better given my jaw structure).
If anyone could answer any or ideally all of these questions it would be much appreciated, thanks very much!

4. an overbite is the norm. lower front teeth should come under the upper ones
