It is scientifically proven that a Long midface is a feminine feature

You cant look appealing with it as a man, it is a death sentence since it makes you Looking unmasculine

A tall face is quite masculine  (a tall lower third) but not a Long face

What can i do?, ive heard About maxillary impaction surgery which shortens the gummy smile

But is there also a surgery for midface reduction?

Everyone tells me that i should loose weight, but actually loosing weight will make my face even longer and uglier since i have a unusual narrow jaw

Long midface is neither masculine nor feminine. In fact it is a facial dystrophy that is caused by bad posture. It does also happen with age thus it can be considered gerontomorphic thus the opposite of neotenous. Therefore not feminine.

Notice how more feminine she looks with a shorter midface.

Also, feminine features look attractive on anyone. Young Leo Dicaprio looked very androgynous and females were attracted. Same with young Justin Bieber. Hell, everyone's "god" Jordan Barrett looks so androgynous that he has been nicknamed ladyboy. Even as he has aged and gotten more robust he still has a feminine appeal somewhat.

This is why pop singers > MMA fighters in terms of attractiveness. They look more feminine but still are popular with the young ladies.
