A map of English sounds on the mouth - maybe useful for proper tongue posture

Hi!
I found a map of where the tongue should be for each phoneme from the English language. It may be useful for better knowing the palad.

I read someone say the posterior third of the tongue can be placed on the palad by saying the word 'sing', is it backward enough? By looking at the map I think I manage to go a little backward with the 'h' from 'happy'.
