i am mewing now for almost 4 month's and it seems to my that my teeth are sliglty tipping inwards from mewing and specialy at my under arch
about like a week ago somebody writted something on reddit that teeth should touch while mewing
but while holding the teeth not together it's not counteractive in my opinion.

so maybe the tongue can be the real counterforce instead of the jaw helping.
@mr-mewing I switch back and forth between slightly separated and touching. This has helped me to get rid of my clinching habit, and has increased the coordination between my tongue muscles and jaw muscles.
I used to keep my teeth together when I first began mewing, which led to bruxism at night. Now I keep them about a millimeter apart with my lower jaw completely relaxed, and the issue is gone.
