So one of the NCR doctors told me she prefers ALF from a cranial standpoint. Is it true it corrects cranial strains the best or does any expander so this? Is it adjusted a special way? Do you always need braces after ALF? Someone also sent me pictures of year progress and they seemed to change a lot and got expansion, growth from mewing alone. One dentist actually advised me to stay away from dna or agga. :(
I’m not 100% sure what my intermolar is. I thought the dental assistant measured 31 but I’m going to post another palate pic for any ideas what it may be.
I’m just starting to try to get serious about mewing. Is hard mewing a good idea? I also was told to strengthen the tongue. I see some here use an acrylic appliance for expansion. Is this even a good idea to do without a dentist. Can it cause problems with the bite and teeth?

yes she does. It's not as bad as mine was, but I would get that snipped! A dentist can do it, at least mine did.
