I am getting tired of the manual face pulling methods, but there's no other immediate way to do this without an actual face pull device/reverse pull headgear.
I notice they sell these for anyone to buy -- basically on ebay, Amazon, etc. I wanted to just buy one to make things easier and leave my hands free since with face pulling you have them tied up. Does anyone know how these are put in/worn? I have no idea if you can just simply buy one and put it on yourself -- or if some dentist or something has to put some special braces on for it to hold/work. Anyone here know the process better?
