Hello there, I'm 15 and I started Orthotropics and chewing gum a month ago and I already had orthodontic extractions and braces (I've only got them on the upper teeth) some years ago.

My face is rather recessed and I'm wondering if radical changes on facial health and appearance can still be done, even after getting Orthodontic treatment or is my face most likely permanently messed up?

*English isn't my native language, so there might be some grammatical mistakes

Definitely.

Thing is, there is no reason to not adopt correct tongue posture and body posture. Over time, it will only make your face better and definitely not worse. And at you age, it'll even be easier to gain fast changes since you're still in puberty. Dont despair. It works. Give it time and effort and you will change things.
