Hey all. When doing a tongue sweep to collect the saliva between the tongue and palate, and then instigating a swallow by pushing the posterior part of the tongue upward, is it expected for your masseters to show signs of activation? Also how do I differentiate between sucking on the palate and sucking on your teeth? For me, when I apply suction to the palate it also slightly feels as if I'm applying suction onto my teeth
