Hello - I'm new. Apologies If I'm posting in the wrong place!

What is the best solution for the problem in the photo attached? ie when the bottom jaw is canted to the upper jaw, with asymmetry seemingly originating at the TMJ.

Is it chiropractic? Starecta (what actually is that I can't make head or tail of it)? Full TMJ replacement?

What is the cause? Is it bone spurs in the condoyle of the TMJ joint? Is it compression? Is it a tumour? Is it functional ie the way one has misused the body?

I'm currently having biobloc expansion but the expansion is asymmetric because my underlying structures are asymmetric!

I'm newish to all this but I also have asymmetries due to TMD and a narrow palate....from my understanding, this is why the homeoblock is recommended for asymmetries because it has the biteblock just on one side. I also had a dentist want me to use a myobrace first to address the TMD (supposedly pulls the mandible forward?) and then do the palate expansion. Not quite sure on that as the myobrace is alot about retraining the tongue and if the palate is still narrow, the tongue still won't have anywhere to go.
