So my child.. had mentioned to me... (from the mouth of babes)… that the reason why we don't have good posture is because babies don't hold their heads up enough.

Think on that.

Update: I did check on a child who had been carried around by siblings a day or two after birth.  She had developed a very strong head.  Checked her out on Facebook.   She does have very good head posture and more forward growth than vertical by a long shot.  (a bit excessive/protrusive?)  Her maxillary teeth tilt inward (no orthodontics and probably from not having much to eat as a kid)… but not bad.  I'm sure she exercised a lot when growing up... run outside and play... vitamin D.  She has a strange personality... definitely a bit off.  Head posture/looks/all that aren't everything.  LOL  We ARE who we ARE.  Personality.  How much of beauty is personality?!  A heck of a lot. How is personality developed?  A lot of it is what we do...  how we were raised and what came with us.  I think that beauty is easier to gain from other things than obsessing on orthodontics/face growth.
