both are basically dead , need to extract them for oral health. After extracting it bone grafting would somewhat halt bone loss. But what about if I chose sarpe/marpe/mse . I know appliances are hybrid tooth borne and bone borne. So with both my first molars missing how should i go about it. A dental implant wouldn't really work , would it? That is if the appliances need to get attached' to the first molar teeth...... Or can they be attached to the second or third molar. I have a narrow upper palate/crossbite. Good candidate for palatal expansion.
