I have seen many people that had fast metabolisms since birth but later on in life they got obese despite for having a smaller diet

recently i had been looking at the relation between metabolism and breathing patterns and turns out they have a relation between them

1) people that take deeper and slower breaths more often have a normal metabolism

2) people that take rapid breaths have faster metabolisms

3) people that have breathing issues and do not inhale and exhale properly have a slower metabolism

i might be very wrong and i dont have any evidence to support it. The reason i made this post was to get a conversation started and hopefully get some more insight

Simple.
Tough, hard , animal based fatty diet will give more airway room. Animal based diets keep a healthy metabolism, and put you into ketosis keeping you lean and healthy, without any malnourishment.
So the correlation comes in, when people that eat an animal based diet, have large airways because of it, therefore they don't need to breath much. The metabolism is just another effect of the diet.
That is why they have a normal metabolism.
Oftentimes breathing too much can put stress on your body, and stress is bad. Cardio is bad. All high intensity exercise is bad. This is why they have a "fast metabolism." They don't actually have one, they are just skinny, due to malnutrition and bad development from high stress, which can be caused by breathing too much, which is caused by recession.
It all links back to the collapse of our diet.

This is actually not true at all. I have lately learned the truth about diet and it's remarkable how the entire world has backwards understanding. I say this respectfully because I was the same. Animal products and ketosis do not keep a healthy/fast metabolism, they SLOW it down. Manipulating the body to run on ketones is extremely unnatural. It is the "backup" mode that humans are endowed with to survive famine. You can absolutely survive long term in keto but you will never thrive.

The truth is the most important nutrient for the body (especially the brain) is SUGAR. A diet high in sugar is what raises metabolic rate and endows you with tremendous energy and a fantastic, steady mood. It is digested extremely quickly, with zero advanced-glycation-end-products (AGEs) left as residue. The reason why it is demonized as bad is because most sugary things people eat are also mixed with fats. Carbs (sugars) and fats are the two possible energy sources humans can run on from food, but they compete with each other. Carbs are high-octane gasoline and fats are diesel. When you mix them roughly speaking you burn the carbs preferentially (because the body loves sugar) and you store the fat. The fat is the problem not the sugar. When you eat sugar in isolation from fats and protein you raise your metabolism so damn much that you have no choice but to effortlessly become and stay lean... all while eating literally as much food as your body wants. A diet super high in carbs, low in protein, and very low/zero in fat gets you unbelievably healthy over time.

This has proved to be the case on my own self and some relatives. But it gets deeper. I am 99.99% animal products are actually unfit for human consumption. They are backup foods, as stated prior. Humans were designed to eat fruit, which provide us the perfect nutrition as indicated by our biology. I can justify this claim very strongly if you wish me to elaborate. This has thrown a wrench in our theory of chewing hard foods causing good bone growth because we are not meant to do it. When you eat meat/dairy, you create an acidic bodily environment which actually causes very important elements (like calcium for ex--alkali elements) to be pulled from bone and tissue to help balance and deal with the less-edible foods you've ingested. This creates hormonal issues that everyone on Earth right now is dealing with unknowingly. Perfect structure happens when an organism is grown in the exact environment it was meant to grow in. There are no unhealthy animals in the jungle. I believe when you give your body the perfect, clean nourishment it requires, your hormonal profile is perfectly clear and unperturbed. Your body can now develop fully to the plan.

I think biological energy is the key, and metabolism is a big part of this. Metabolism is a whole body phenomenon--it is not merely how fast you digest food, it is also how well you digest life and it's chaotic unrelenting problems. When you have energy, you don't just feel stronger/faster/more cardio when you work out, you also have FANTASTIC mood all day long. You never get moody or doubtful, you have confidence, your world literally becomes a paradise--even if it looks dark and bleak. Fruit/high sugar diet brings out the child within you. Your skin glows, your eyes glow. Try it and you will see. There is an adjustment period if you have been eating low metabolic foods, cutting calories, and dieting all your life. But once you adjust your fat flies off and your mood skyrockets. Problems don't phase you much.

Why does every human universally have a sweet tooth craving? Why do we always have room for dessert no matter how much steak we overate? Why do children have "no appetite" after eating their sweets before dinner? What do our closest cousins, monkeys, eat? (Fruits!)

..It's because all we really need is the glucose, uninhibited by fat to access our cells. Meat and dairy, unfortunately, is not the way. I say this as a steak and burger lover.

This topic goes very deep. I can elaborate if there are any questions.

@goldentooth slow metabolisms is only a major problem in the US
the reason is most probably alot of highly processed foods

however for the diet i believe that human being omnivores are supposed to take a diet that has everything in it from carbs to fats to proteins but should be taken separately eg one day meat and the other grains and the other vegetables , etc
This allows for separate digestion and also humans in the past (when development issues werent a thing) had the same way of eating food separately on different days.

another problem in the modern era with food is the way its made and not what is eaten.

Aside from that they didnt even care about keto diets and carbs but still managed to have good growth unless they were not getting enough food. From where i am older people who didnt have phones because that would effect their postures and ate well during childhood and teens have good growth.

Also there are families that have fat people and skinny people in the same house and have the same diet and some still have faster and some have slower metabolisms than others again despite for
having the same diet.

What i think is that metabolism is not as much as related to diet as people say but there is something else that effects it but we dont know it yet for sure just like orthotropics brought a reason for crowded
teeth i think the same thing will happen but with metabolism because it can change and the same things go with people with allergies that sometimes come and go with time.

although i will say that i dont know alot about diet and thats something i dont care about alot expect for eating enough because as i said everything is supposed to be eaten but the problem is the way its made and not the actual food

While I understand this kind of reasoning, it doesnt stand up to the high level of rigor that first principles thinking does:

- What foods can we naturally procure without any modification to our body via tools, weapons, etc?

- What foods are immediately appealing to us visually and tasty with zero cooking, condiments, spices, etc.?

- What foods can we eat with zero utensils?

- What group of foods does every human have a universal craving for since youth? (Sweets)

- Why is dessert a universal meal? If you finished your meal, why do you crave another meal? (The body needed sugar the whole time)

- Why do children have to eat their food before sweets or else they will lose their appetite? (Same reason as above)

- What does our biology signal we are designed to consume optimally? (*See picture below*)

- What do our closest cousins (monkeys) eat?

- Bible: Adam and Eve ate fruits in the garden. Meat was only allowed as a compensatory food to Noah & family during the time of the flood that wiped out the livestock.

- Humans are the highest structure beings on Earth. Which food is of the highest structure?

... fruit, fruit, fruit, fruit. I don't like that this is true, but it is.

Fruitarian Comparison
